How does pricing work?
After a free site visit, you get a flat per-visit rate (or a monthly rate for seasonal contracts) based on your property's size and layout. The price you're quoted is the price you pay — no fuel surcharges or hidden fees.
What happens if it rains on our scheduled day?
We move you to the next dry day and contract customers get priority. Your property never goes more than a few days past its scheduled cut, and you don't pay extra for rescheduling.
Will mowing disrupt our customers or staff?
No — we schedule visits around your business hours. Early mornings, evenings, or your quietest weekday, whatever suits your operation. We also blow clippings off all walkways and entrances before leaving.
Do we need a contract, or can we pay per visit?
Both work. Per-visit billing is available for weekly or bi-weekly mowing. Most clients switch to a May–October seasonal contract after the first month for the locked-in rate and single monthly invoice.
